Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the date of delivery. We accept returns only in the case of damaged and defective products.
1.Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team on9636698864 within 3 days of receiving your order.Opening video of the parcel will be required in order to prove that the product received was damaged.Pack Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging, if possible, along with a copy of your order confirmation 

2.Shipping: In case of receiving damaged product the return pickup charges are shipping charges are our liability. Only In the case of exchange we will charge 250 Rs( Which includes return pick up and reshipping charges of the product

3.Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for any damage or wear, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your silver jewellery for another item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Custom and Personalized Items

Please note that custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. If you believe your custom item is flawed or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund the item, and we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of placing the order. If your order has not shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process as outlined above.

Important note:-

 A clear video MUST be recorded while opening the parcel by the recipient. As it will prove whether the recipient has received it or not. Further, No complaints in any condition will be entertained by Silveristhan in regards to acceptance of incorrect/blank/empty parcel/Damaged parcel.
